1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Suveda Digital’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services Description

Suveda Digital provides digital marketing, web development, SEO, performance marketing, social media management, and related digital solutions. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients using Suveda Digital’s services agree to:

• • Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution.

• • Make timely payment of invoices as per agreed terms.

• • Cooperate and provide necessary approvals, content, and feedback during project timelines.

• • Share required access to platforms, systems, or accounts necessary for service delivery.
    
    

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements, proposals, or invoices. Late payments may result in delayed project delivery, suspension of services, or termination of the agreement. Any additional costs incurred due to late payments will be borne by the client.

5. Intellectual Property

 

• • All creative work, designs, strategies, and digital assets developed by Suveda Digital remain the property of Suveda Digital until full payment has been received.

• • Upon full payment, clients are granted the agreed-upon rights to use the deliverables.

• • Suveda Digital reserves the right to showcase completed projects as part of its portfolio for promotional purposes.
    
    

6. Limitation of Liability

Suveda Digital’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to business losses, delays, or third-party issues.

7. Termination

 

• • Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

• • Suveda Digital reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of terms, or misuse of deliverables.
    
    

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India, Uttar Pradesh.
